                                Insurance Savings Examples






      We have found that we can provide substantial savings to our

      clients through insurance premiums.  Some examples are:




      Hesperia Office Park (40,000 sf office center) – We were able to

      provide an $17,600 savings in premium from $20,000 annually to
      $2,400 annually.




      Downey Pointe Apartments (96 Apartment units) – We were able to

      provide a $22,320 savings in premium from $30,000 annually to
      $7,680 annually.




      Jamboree Retail (60,000 sf retail) – We were able to provide a

      $25,600 savings in premium from $30,000 annually to $4,400
      annually.




      Victoria Promenade (141,185 sf retail) – We were able to provide a

      $23,470 savings in premium from $44,011 annually to $20,541

      annually.
